The facilities offered were value for money and the location was very convenient. Being so close to the airport saved us a lot of time. , the staff was very courteous and helpful in addressing all our queries.
The staff's behavior was a letdown. They seemed untrained and arrogant and didn't make us feel welcomed and important.

The facilities and location were convenient and worth the money. the room was exceptionally clean and the hot shower was lovely.
The staff wasn't trained properly and seemed arrogant. Their lack of customer service skills made the experience less enjoyable.
